WHAT WILL I LEARN? • What Resilience is. • What helps people to be Resilient. • The actions and responses we can practice to be more resilient. • The importance of a growth mindset & self-esteem. • Showcasing different Models of Resilience. • How to Bounce Back well – tips and strategies. • Post traumatic growth – what is it? HOW CAN I USE WHAT I LEARN? We will all be affected by adversity at some point in our lives – that is entirely guaranteed. How we deal with it will make the difference. Find out how to both keep your head above the water and how to thrive. A life skill, many of us learn from childhood, but many do not. You will be able to deal with stress better and respond more effectively to life’s difficulties.
