Who is this for? This workshop is for anyone who would like to strengthen their ability to bounce back from challenges and adapt to life's uncertainties. If you want to explore your inner strengths, develop a more flexible mindset and learn how to grow in the face of adversity, come and join us. What will I learn? In this workshop, you will learn about the different types of resilience and how to apply then in your life. We focus on identifying what you can control and how to build flexibility and resourcefulness to thrive during difficult times. By exploring your past strengths and successes, you will discover new ways to cope with change. Additionally, you'll work through practical tips and strategies that will help you better manage and respond to life's challenges. How can I use what I learn? We will all be able to apply the resilience building strategies learnt in this workshop to navigate everyday stressors and major life changes with greater confidence. The insights you gain will help you develop a stronger, more adaptable mindset, empowering you to face adversity better.
