Who is this for? This workshop is for anyone experiencing life changes, whether they are exciting, planned transitions, like moving or starting a family, or more sudden and challenging ones, like job loss or medical diagnoses. If you want to navigate these changes with resilience and a sense of agency, regardless of the nature of the change, this workshop is for you. What will I learn? You will learn how to recognize your emotional responses to change, develop greater flexibility and adaptability, and use strategies like mindfulness, acceptance and a growth mindset to cope with uncertainty. We will explore frameworks like the Circle of Control model to focus on what you can influence and frameworks to support us emotionally as often emotional change lags behind the physical event of change itself. How can I apply what I learn? You can apply these insights by recognizing your emotions during times of change, focusing on what is within your control, and using tools like mindfulness and self-compassion to reduce stress. Additionally, you can build resilience by adopting a growth mindset to view change as a chance for personal growth, helping you navigate transitions with confidence and balance.
