Who is this for? This interactive workshop is for anyone who would like to explore the impact of living in a digital world and consider the benefits of reducing the time that we are ‘plugged in.’ What will I learn? Although you may feel that you cannot imagine life without your technology devices, research tells us that technology can contribute to stress. Together, we will learn to identify signs of digital overload and find practical strategies that can help us to set healthier but realistic boundaries. How can I use what I will learn? You will take home some practical tips and a personalised plan to help you take time away from digital devices so that your focus is sharper, you feel less stressed, have improved sleep, better social interactions, and increased happiness.
