Who is this for? Fear of abandonment can be hugely debilitating, generate anxiety and make our relationships difficult. This workshop is design for those individuals that find difficult to maintain healthy relationships due to fear of people close to them will leave, inadvertently sabotage relationships for fear of being abandoned or wish to know more about fears of abandonment to support others. What will I learn? Fear of abandonment is a deep-seated fear of being left alone, rejected, or not cared for by important people in one’s life. It can manifest in various ways and impact relationships, self-esteem, and overall mental health. In this workshop we will explore symptoms, causes and ways to support ourselves or others. We will work on healthy boundaries, communication skills, identifying triggers so we are more aware and able to use positive coping mechanism to increase our wellbeing. How can I use what I learn? By understanding your own triggers and actively using techniques and strategies in your day-to-day life, you can foster healthier relationships and improve your emotional wellbeing.
