WHO IS THIS FOR? Have you ever been exhausted, gone to bed, only to find you can’t get off to sleep? Have you gone to sleep only to wake at 3.30am and unable to get back to sleep again? Do you need a nap in the daytime because your sleep is so bad at night? Do you sleep much of the day and are then up at night time? If so - you owe yourself this workshop! WHAT WILL I LEARN? Getting a good night’s sleep is imperative to our positive wellbeing so come and find out the very many ways that you can improve your sleep – full of tips, strategies and practical suggestions of many things to do or NOT do. It will give you lots of ideas – some physical, some psychological, some behavioural to crack your poor sleep HOW CAN I USE WHAT I LEARN? You will leave immediately with many strategies to put into practice and a better understanding of our sleep cycle and why sleep is SO important.
