Who is this for? This 2-part interactive course is designed for anyone interested in exploring how our digital lifestyles impact us and discovering the benefits of unplugging. What will I learn? Workshop 1 - While technology brings many benefits, it can also present new challenges. Although we may feel that we cannot imagine life without our devices, research tells us that technology and digital overload can contribute to stress and feeling less happy. Workshop 2 - Together, we will learn to identify the often-subtle signs of digital overload and find practical strategies that can help us to set healthier but realistic personal boundaries with your devices, including defining goals that work best for you and allowing you to regain focus and improve your overall well-being. How can I use what I learn? You will take home some practical tips and a personalised plan to help you take time away from digital devices so that your focus is sharper, you feel less stressed, have improved sleep, better social interactions, and increased happiness.
