Whether you are new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this course offers accessible tools and techniques to help you lead a more balanced life. What will I learn? • Part 1: You will be introduced to the core principles of mindfulness, learning simple practices such as mindful breathing, body awareness, and grounding techniques. This session will help you understand how mindfulness can reduce stress and enhance overall well-being. • Part 2: Building on the foundational skills from Part 1, you will explore more advanced mindfulness techniques, including mindful movement and emotional regulation. You will also discover ways to integrate mindfulness into your daily life for long-term benefits How can I use what I learn? By developing a mindfulness practice, you will gain valuable tools to manage stress, increase focus, and improve emotional resilience. You will leave this course with practical mindfulness techniques that you can use anytime to bring calm and clarity into your everyday life.
