Course / Workshop Content
An honest, supportive space to explore connection in adulthood. Who is this for? This supportive course is for anyone who feels it’s challenging to build or deepen friendships as an adult and would like to explore ways to create meaningful connections. Whether you’re feeling isolated, starting fresh in a new place, or simply want to expand your social circle, this session offers a welcoming space to start. What will I learn? Workshop 1: Why Friendship Feels Harder Now Making friends as an adult can feel surprisingly difficult. In this session, we’ll explore the challenges many people face—like life changes, social anxiety, or simply not knowing where to start. You’ll reflect on your own experiences and begin to uncover what might be getting in the way of deeper connection. Workshop 2: Exploring New Ways to Connect In this practical session, you’ll gently experiment with ways to build connection and approach social situations with more confidence. Through guided activities and shared reflection, we’ll explore how you might open up space for more authentic, fulfilling friendships—at your own pace. How can I use what I will learn? You will leave with practical strategies and a personalised approach to help you build meaningful friendships, feel more connected, and navigate social situations with more confidence. By fostering genuine relationships, you can experience greater joy, reduced loneliness, and a stronger sense of belonging in your everyday life. OR You will take home some practical tips and a personalised plan to help you, better social interactions and increased happiness.
