Course / Workshop Content
WHO IS THIS WORK SHOP FOR? This workshop is for anyone who wishes to equip themselves with knowledge about the menopause and perimenopause and find positive ways to navigate this life stage and confidently cope with the physical and emotional changes and challenges that can occur. WHAT WILL I LEARN? The role of hormones during the menopause transition and the resulting physical and emotional changes that take place during this life stage. The potential impact of this transition on women’s mental and emotional health and what a holistic approach to wellbeing during and after the menopause looks like. You will learn ways to improve and maintain good general health and wellbeing using practical cognitive and lifestyle changes, HOW CAN I USE THIS? We hope you will feel ready to face this life stage with a more positive outlook and renewed self-confidence. You will hopefully better understand what the menopause involves and empower yourself to find positive ways to cope with it. You can also use this information to educate others, including family members, friends and colleagues, about this life stage and its challenges.
If you cannot attend a workshop, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer your place to someone else. Thank you.
