This engaging workshop is designed for anyone interested in exploring the transformative power of journaling as a tool for wellbeing. Whether you are new to journaling or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop is for you. What will I learn? We will explore different journaling techniques and their unique benefits. The mental health advantages of maintaining a regular journaling practice and how this can enhance emotional awareness, boost resilience, and support overall well-being How can I use what I learn? You will leave having started your own journalling, with some practical hints, tips, and resources for you to try and which could help you to continue. We hope that these practical tips and resources will enable you to make journaling a sustainable and enjoyable habit.
