WHO IS THIS FOR? Do you ever feel that your inner critic takes over your day and your inner narrative turns into negative self-talk that brings you down? Are you self-critical and unkind to yourself when you make mistakes or fall short? Do you struggle with low self-esteem? If that is the case this course is for you. Self-compassion is the key skill that will allow you to move through life difficulties, motivate you to do better and be kind and accepting of yourself. It is not an easy thing to do and it take practice, effort and intention however the rewards are a peaceful, happier life. WHAT WILL I LEARN? In this course, you will learn about our inner nurturer, its purpose, how to boost it and how to apply principles of self-compassion to improve your wellbeing. You will learn about Self compassion practices that lead to being accepting of ourselves, forgiving of ourselves and will boost your self-esteem and resilience. HOW MIGHT I ME ABLE TO USE WHAT I LEARN? You will be able to pause and be aware of your inner narrative, put a stop to your negative self-talk and take in the learnings from your short fallings. The strategies taught will be useful in your day-to-day life and interactions with the world.
