Where are the courses given?
We deliver most courses from The Court House, Broadway, Bracknell, RG12 1AE.
We also offer transportation to Jealotts Hill Community Landshare and if you would like this, then please contact us in the office on: 01344 300333 or email reception@steppingstonesrecovery.co.uk
When is the college open?
Our offices are open from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30pm
Do you supply refreshments?
We have a Chill Out and Chat room where you can make yourself tea, coffee or a cold drink, any time during your visit to Stepping Stones. You will need to bring your own refreshments to other locations.
I have specific requirements for accessing a course. Can you help me?
We try to do all we can to cater to a range of diverse accessibility needs. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your needs.
How do I know if a course is already full?
When you go to the booking site, you will see whether and how many places are available for the courses.

How can I cancel the workshop/Course that I have booked?
It is important to let us know if you need to cancel your workshop/course. Please call or email the College to let us know. reception@steppingstonesrecovery.co.uk, 01344 300333
Do you collect feedback about me?
We will ask you to provide feedback on the course or workshop you have attended. This will always be anonymous and very helpful in telling us more about what really interests you.
Is my wellbeing monitored?
Only if you agree to this. We ask all students to complete an anonymous, short questionnaire at the start and end of each course. We also ask your permission to follow this up at a later date to track the impact of our courses on your wellbeing. Please be assured that we will NEVER share any of this information with any person or service outside the college, without your explicit permission.
Course and workshop materials:
Please tell us in advance if you would like anything in a more accessible format (i.e., in large print, on a coloured background or in a particular font you find easy to read) and we will do our best to meet your request.
Is there disabled access?

Can a Carer, friend, or family member come to the course to support me?
Absolutely, but we would ask that they also Register with us as a student and then enrol on the course or workshop with you.
