Cathy Wilkins

Cathy joined Stepping Stones in 2021 and is our Business Liaison and Fundraising Lead. She has long had an interest in all aspects of mental health and wellbeing; she was Co-Chair of the Mental Health group at Ernst and Young where she previously worked.  Having had her own experiences of mental ill-health, Cathy is keen to learn more about how to maintain her own health and support others.  

Cathy acts as a student supporter and is regularly in the office providing admin support. She has also been a facilitator for the Foundations of Recovery programme.

In her spare time, Cathy likes to keep fit, do very long bike rides (Lands End to John O'Groats!) and enjoys painting and drawing.
