Who is this for? This pathway is the perfect starting place for anyone beginning to build their wellbeing at Stepping Stones. Join us for a powerful 7- session journey, designed to build your personal wellbeing, through reflection, practical tools, and uplifting support. Our aim is to inspire hope, strengthen your self-compassion and reignite your motivation. So whether you want to build greater resilience, understand yourself on a deeper level, or simply take a breath and reset, this course will gently guide you forward, building confidence and much better wellbeing. It could be your path to positive and lasting change. What will I learn? We will explore the foundations to wellbeing and positive mental health. You will practice how to develop self-compassion, identify your strengths, and nurture hopeful thinking. We will work on challenging unhelpful thought patterns and boost your motivation to keep and maintain your wellbeing. We will also work on your wellbeing wheel and focus our attention on the areas that we feel will have the most positive impact in our lives. You will learn how to build up positive habits, explore areas of improvement to make meaningful changes in your life. Please note that this course requires the attendance to a 1-hour introductory session. Introduction Session – 1 hour session to showcase the course content, ask questions and explore if this course is for you. Session 1 – Exploring our wellbeing wheel and building foundations to personal well-being Session 2 – Developing self-compassion and learning to be kinder to ourselves. Session 3 – Exploring and increasing hope Session 4 – Identifying our strengths to build courage Session 5 – Being curious about our thinking patterns Session 6 – Finding ways to increase motivation and avoid procrastination Session 7 – Bringing it all together and looking for ways to maintain our wellbeing moving forwards How can I use what I learn? You will learn how to build self-compassion, uncover your unique strengths, and develop a mindset rooted in hope and possibility. We'll help you recognise unhelpful thought patterns and gently challenge them, while also finding what truly motivates you to make positive, lasting changes. We will explore a variety of powerful strategies, and you will have plenty of chances to put them into practice. We will reflect on what truly matters to you and discover which actions will have the biggest impact on your life.
