Course / Workshop Content

Who is this for? This interactive 3-part course is for anyone in recovery who would like space to reflect on what matters to them, clarify personal goals, and create a visual reminder of the life they want to build. It offers a supportive environment to explore your strengths, values and aspirations at your own pace. What will I learn? Workshop 1 Together, we’ll explore the purpose of having a personal vision and how it can support recovery. You’ll have time to reflect on what is important to you, what helps you move forward, and what you want more of in your life. This session focuses on self-understanding and identifying the themes you want your vision board to represent. Workshop 2 Through creative, hands-on work, you’ll begin designing your own recovery vision board. Using a variety of materials and techniques, you’ll translate your reflections into a visual representation that captures your goals, values and hopes for the future. Workshop 3 In a relaxed and supportive space, we’ll complete our boards and take time to look back on the process. There will be an opportunity to notice themes, reflect on what you’ve created, and share insights in a way that feels comfortable for you. How can I use what I will learn? You will leave with a personalised recovery vision board that acts as a visual reminder of your goals and strengths. This can be used as an ongoing source of motivation, focus and encouragement throughout your recovery journey.
