Who is this for? This interactive workshop is for anyone who would like to explore what gives their life meaning and develop a stronger sense of direction and fulfilment. It is suitable for people who feel uncertain, stuck, or simply curious about how to live in a way that feels more aligned with their values and what matters most to them. What will I learn? Together, we’ll explore what meaning in life can look like and why it matters for wellbeing. Through guided reflection and discussion, you’ll consider your values, strengths and experiences, and identify the moments, relationships and activities that give your life a sense of meaning. This process helps build a natural sense of purpose grounded in your everyday life. Building on these insights, we’ll focus on practical ways to bring more meaning into daily living. You’ll explore strategies for aligning choices with your values, navigating obstacles, and setting realistic intentions that support a life that feels purposeful, fulfilling and authentic. How can I use what I will learn? You will leave with a clearer understanding of what gives your life meaning and practical steps you can use to shape routines, decisions and goals that support a growing sense of purpose and fulfilment.
