Explore how journalling can support our wellbeing, resilience, and greater emotional awareness. Who is this for? Have you ever wondered about journalling but have found it hard to get started? This workshop is for anyone who is interested in exploring the power of journalling as a wellbeing tool. What will I learn? We will explore different types of journalling and identify the many mental health benefits associated with these. How can I use what I learn? You will leave having started your own journalling, with some practical hints, tips, and resources to try that could help you to continue.
