Course / Workshop Content

Who is this for? Change is a natural part of life and something we all experience. This interactive session is for anyone who would like to better understand their reactions to change and learn practical ways to feel more comfortable, resilient and confident when facing it — whether in their own life or when supporting others. What will I learn? Together, we’ll explore why change can feel difficult for us as humans and the common psychological responses that arise when things shift. You’ll have the opportunity to recognise your own default patterns and understand how resistance to change develops. Through discussion and practical exercises, we’ll look at evidence-based strategies for reframing the meaning of change and adapting more effectively. You’ll identify one practical action you can take in a current situation, helping you move forward with greater clarity, flexibility and self-compassion. How can I use what I will learn? You will take away practical tools, hints and resources that can help you respond to change in everyday life with greater comfort, resilience and confidence.
