Who is this course for? This workshop is for anyone who feels overwhelmed by life admin, responsibilities, or thinking about the future. It may be especially helpful for people who are: wanting to feel more organised and prepared; navigating changes or transitions; avoiding paperwork or difficult conversations; looking to reduce stress and mental load; supporting ageing parents or relatives; feeling the pressure of the sandwich generation; interested in ageing well and creating healthier routines; wanting practical support in a calm, non-judgemental space. No previous experience or knowledge is needed. What will I learn? During the course, we will gently explore: why life admin can feel emotionally overwhelming; our perceptions and beliefs around ageing, and how mindset can shape wellbeing and confidence as we get older; simple ways to get started without panic or perfectionism; practical organisation tips for paperwork, passwords, and important information; reducing the mental load and decision fatigue; approaching difficult conversations with more confidence; creating calm routines and supportive habits; small lifestyle shifts that support wellbeing and healthy ageing; building a realistic plan for your next steps. Session 1 – Understanding overwhelm and creating calm foundations Session 2 – Organising paperwork, documents and important information Session 3 – Difficult conversations, support and future planning Session 4 –Ageing well and moving forward with confidence How can I use what I learn? By the end of the course , you’ll leave with: a clearer sense of where to start; practical tools and gentle organisation strategies; greater confidence around future planning; ideas for supporting your wellbeing as you age; reduced feelings of overwhelm; and a personalised action plan with manageable next steps. Most importantly, you’ll discover that getting organised for the future doesn’t have to feel cold, clinical, or frightening. It can feel empowering, supportive, and deeply human.
