Who is this for? Vox Choir is for anyone wishing to feel good and have some fun through music and singing! You are warmly welcomed to a friendly, sociable group. What will I learn? The benefits of singing are widely known for lifting mood, releasing endorphins, improving lung conditions and over all mental/physical health. You don't need any singing experience and will be taught everything at the workshops - from vocal warm-ups, breathing techniques and gentle physical exercises through to learning how to use your voice properly. How might this be useful? Singing is a skill you can use through your whole life, the breathing techniques can help with reducing stress and anxiety and you will form bonds with other group members, plus an array of uplifting, soul soothing songs to help with memory, focus and for the sheer joy of it!
