Who is this for? This interactive 2-part course is for anyone who would like to deepen their understanding of sleep and learn practical ways to improve the quality of their nightly rest. What will I learn? Workshop 1 Together, we’ll explore the science behind sleep, including sleep cycles and the body’s natural rhythms. We’ll look at why sleep is essential for physical and mental wellbeing and examine common obstacles that interfere with restful sleep, including lifestyle, stress and environment. Workshop 2 Through discussion and practical exercises, we’ll focus on applying this knowledge to everyday life. You’ll explore evidence-based strategies for improving sleep habits and develop a realistic plan to support healthier, more restorative sleep. How can I use what I will learn? You will leave with practical tools, hints and resources that can be used to create a personalised plan to improve your sleep and support your overall wellbeing.
