Course / Workshop Content

Who is this for? This interactive 2-part course is for anyone who would like to deepen their understanding of sleep and optimise their nightly rest. What will I learn? Part 1: We will delve into the fascinating science behind sleep, gaining insights into the mechanisms of sleep cycles, the role of neurotransmitters and hormones. We will explore some of our obstacles to a good night’s sleep and you will have greater understanding of the science of sleep and its impact on your health. Part 2: We will look at practical ways to apply this knowledge to optimise sleep habits for improved health and better all-round wellbeing. You will start to think about how you can start to make changes to have a healthier sleep routine. How can I use what I will learn? You will leave this workshop, using your knowledge to create a plan that will help you improve your sleep. You will be equipped with practical tips and strategies to improve your sleep quality.
