Course / Workshop Content

WHO IS THIS FOR? This course is for anyone who has experienced a loss and feel bereaved. It does not matter how long ago you experienced your loss, there is no time limit grief and the loss of a loved one. We also welcome anyone who wishes to learn more about bereavement and grief and how to support others in the best possible way. WHAT WILL I LEARN? You will learn what the different stages of grief signify and about the many different ways we experience loss and we grief. We will learn that grief is as unique as our fingerprints and look into strategies to find our personal pathway through grief. We will also explore how to move forward, find our ‘tribe’ to support us and how to allow ourselves time to grieve and recuperate. There will be opportunities for us to work out how we can pause to honour our losses and grieve them as well as finding ways to re-engage with life. HOW CAN I USE WHAT I LEARN? You will be able to use the strategies and tips provided to support yourself and others with the grieving process and ways to re-engage with life.
