WHO IS THIS FOR? Do you sometimes feel that your life is a bit lacking in something? Do you feel a bit “out of sync” in parts of your life or maybe just generally uninspired? Or maybe you’re carrying feelings of guilt? Spending time with people who drain you, not looking after yourself or spending too much time on social media? We can feel like this when the way we are living is not consistent with our true values. We have often been ushered along a certain life path in life - by our friends, family and others we engage with, without being aware or making clear choices. We may have drifted to where we are now. And that might not feel like who you really are or want to be. WHAT WILL I LEARN? Attending this workshop is an act of courage and self-compassion. That many of us live our lives without us having a full awareness of what our values are, and that understanding these can explain a lot. This may well have been hidden as we have succumbed to the pull of distractions, for example, drugs or alcohol, relationships, shopping, hoarding, eating, compulsive care-taking, workaholism, perfectionism. However, if we identify our values, it is like having a compass to guide us through life. This can be a blueprint for how we can be true to ourselves and find a true path that brings us happiness and fulfilment. HOW MIGHT I ME ABLE TO USE WHAT I LEARN?
