WHO IS THIS FOR? This workshop is designed for anyone seeking to navigate the challenges of living with trauma more effectively. It is ideal for anyone who has experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences, PTSD or any other trauma and is looking for strategies to better manage their day-to-day experiences. Whether you are encountering obstacles in coping with triggers or seeking to expand your toolkit for resilience, this workshop offers valuable insights and skills. WHAT WILL I LEARN? This transformative workshop offers practical strategies and coping mechanisms to help students manage triggers and enhance their daily wellbeing. We help you begin to develop a toolkit of techniques that are unique to you and your needs. This will allow you to gain the confidence to experience the world once more. We support individuals in their journey towards resilience and empowerment after experiencing trauma. Our goal is to complement your healing journey with additional support and learning however it is important to note that the workshop is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice. HOW CAN I USE WHAT I LEARN? The skills and knowledge gained from this workshop can be applied in many aspects of daily life, including greater awareness of anticipating and managing triggers, ways to build confidence and increase your resilience. By providing deep insights and tailor-made practical skills, it aims to light the way for students, guiding them toward increasing resilience, understanding, and empowerment.
