A Recovery College for hope, inspiration and growth.
"You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start from where you are and change the ending"
A very warm welcome to you!
Welcome to our new recovery college, Stepping Stones, in Bracknell. This is a very special place for anyone experiencing challenges to their mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. This might be due to a diagnosed or long-term condition, recovery from addiction, homelessness, trauma or abuse. Or you may not have any diagnosis but feel lonely, stressed or anxious and that your quality of life is not what it should be.
We are here to help you better understand what you’re experiencing and develop the skills, strengths and confidence to build a happier, more fulfilling life for yourself and anyone you support.
At Stepping Stones, we offer learning as a positive, life-changing experience.
We learn together and from each other, as equals and we value all forms of knowledge and especially your lived experience.
We hope to inspire you with an exciting journey of self-discovery that will enable you to inspire others and find renewed purpose and meaning in your life. We provide a relaxed, non-judgmental place for you to do this.
Recovery can be so much better when we travel together.
